Already at very first glance, the villa fascinates with its individuality and an extraordinary, memorable style that the designers described as the "eco-fusion": The traditional architecture of classicism is bizarrely connected with contemporary modern eco-design.
 
Inside the house they decided to realize the project for the 4-bedroom villa (three bathrooms) in a laconic, a bit "laid-back", but very cozy interior with details of spectacular modern style and calm natural shades and surfaces of eco-elements.
 
By adding live plants into the interior, the relationship between the inner and outer space becomes unhindered, which also supported by the elements of wood used in decoration and facades of kitchen lockers, wardrobes and furniture.
 
"When you will go to the outdoor courtyard, there is a feeling of a relaxed holiday" - and this is about the locations of the dining area, and the places of entertainment and recreation, designed in the best way in order to provide full enjoyment of the private pool and green garden around it.
 
Another responsible decision is to reduce the cost of electricity and maintain heat in the house. To do this, the house "charges" from solar panels, windows are with double glazing and walls with good thermal insulation. Regarding lighting, the choice was made in favor of energy-saving LEDs, allowing to regulate the lighting intensity.
 
This project has designed for the plot in the most beautiful area of Zalakia, which turned from a small traditional village in to lively landscaped center with fully developed infrastructure. This area with elite properties of real estate adjacent to the city of Paphos from the east side, and from the west side it borders with the protected Akamas green zone. The area also borders with the village of Peyia, which is in turn very popular both among tourists and among the locals. Because of its versatility, the area is a favorite venue of television companies that produce movies and television programs.
